A personal trainer is available at all times to show you how to use the equipment and achieve great results. Try one of our many classes and when you’re finished head to the spa.

In the spa you’ll find luxurious amenities. Whirl pool tubs, saunas, and steam rooms available for your personal use. After you finish in the locker room, grab a robe and relax with a massage. Perhaps maybe a facial is in order at this point in your day. At this point you should begin to feel relaxed and refreshed.

Afterwards head out to the salon area for the best shampoo and scalp massage of your life. Then you’ll be ready to have your haircut by the most professional stylists in the industry. When you are finished with your hair, it is time for a manicure and a pedicure. Finally when your nails are finished it is time for a make-up application.
